12. Perishable Goods and Refund Policy:
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, Cocofleur does not offer refunds.
- If a valid issue is reported within 12 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photo for proof, Cocofleur may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion.
- Flowers are a natural product and may have minor imperfections or natural variations (slight bruising, color variations, etc.), which do not qualify for a replacement.
- If a bouquet arrives severely wilted or damaged, Cocofleur may offer a replacement, store credit, or a discount on future orders.
- Once flowers are delivered, proper care is the customer’s responsibility (e.g., trimming stems, fresh water, avoiding heat/cold). Any issues caused by improper care will not be covered.
- Cocofleur is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, courier delays, or other external factors. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays and offered the best alternative solution.
