Return Policy - Cocofleur
1. Perishable Goods:
- Cocofleur specializes in fresh floral arrangements, which are perishable goods. Due to their nature, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and replacements.
2. No Returns, Possible Replacements or Store Credit:
- Cocofleur does not accept returns for refunds on fresh flower purchases.
- However, we understand that issues may arise. If your bouquet arrives in a severely wilted or damaged condition, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
3. Reporting Issues:
- To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must report any issues with your delivery within 12 hours of receipt.
- Reports must be submitted in writing via email, including a clear photograph of the damaged or wilted flowers as proof.
- Reports made after the 12 hour window will not be considered.
4. Natural Variations:
- Flowers are natural products and may exhibit minor imperfections or natural variations, such as slight bruising or color variations. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a replacement or store credit.
5. Customer Responsibility:
- Once flowers are delivered, proper care is the customer's responsibility. This includes but is not limited to:
- Trimming stems
- Placing flowers in fresh water
- Avoiding extreme temperatures (heat or cold)
- Any damage or deterioration caused by improper care will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
6. Delivery Delays:
- Cocofleur is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, courier delays (such as those from our third party provider Uber), or other external factors.
- Customers will be notified promptly of any delays.
7. Resolution Options:
- If a reported issue is deemed valid, Cocofleur may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the damaged bouquet.
- Store credit for the value of the damaged bouquet.
- A discount on future orders.
8. Contact:
- All claims and communications regarding returns must be submitted via email to the contact information provided on the Cocofleur website.
Important Notes:
- This return policy applies only to fresh flower purchases.
- Cocofleur reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with these guidelines.
